We don't know the exact number of students yet—can we still book?
If you don’t yet know exactly how many students will be coming, simply book the minimum number. If more people decide to come at short notice, we will adjust the bill on site.
Can the teaching staff participate?
Of course! Teaching staff play at the student price 🙂
On the day of the trip, there are fewer people than previously booked. Will we get a refund?
Yes. It’s best to let our game masters know right away, and you’ll get a refund for the people who didn’t show up.
Can students buy drinks on site?
We cannot charge for individual drinks on site. Everything you consume during the showdown will simply be invoiced by email afterwards.
Is the showdown also available in English?
Yes, our Game Masters speak English.
